I want to make the practice of yoga accessible, joyful, and an integral part of your busy life. I teach to inform you about your own body mechanics and how to activate muscles to improve strength and flexibility. Equally important, I provide the tools for you to release held tension to give your body and nervous system a rest.
Classes focus on a muscle group or action to get you into a pose. The pose itself is not the goal, the goal is to feel good in your body through yoga. All levels welcome.
