Hello! I hope these videos give you a little more information about how I like to teach. Being self aware in your body is what makes you an advanced yogi, not what poses you can "do." When we pay attention and celebrate our own unique body mechanics we move from a more informed place to work with our range of motion and not against it. I teach a sequence of poses that leads up to a more challenging pose. Along the way I give modifications. Awareness is what elevates our practice so that we can be aware of which version of the poses are best for our body.
