Service Description
If you're looking to improve your mobility and balance while getting stronger, then join me for a transformative 12-week live virtual series. • Attend live through Zoom or on your own timeline with the class videos • Functional movement to improve sports performance and daily living • Learn how to engage muscles to gain strength and stability • Improve balance and lateral movement • Improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion • Learn about your unique body mechanics and how to modify with props • Accessible but challenging, variations for all levels • Discover your longevity baseline through assessments • Practice as often as you like! Video library available throughout the session Props needed: a mat, 3 blankets, 2 blocks, a yoga strap or bathrobe belt, 2 tennis balls, a chair, and access to a wall for stability.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the start of the workshop. For sessions, no refunds after the second class. Session classes are recorded and can be used to make up classes or to revisit content. Credit towards future products can be arranged on a case by case basis.
