Service Description

This is a live virtual 12 week series through Zoom where you will learn about your own body mechanics through a mindful flow of movement, breath work and restful poses. This session will focus on increasing core and hip strength to improve your balance in seated, standing and playful arm balances. You will learn how your body works to become stronger and more flexible. My aim is to teach you about your own body mechanics through a systematic series of poses and actions allowing you to move in a more informed way rather than "do" a pose. Log on at 7pm to connect with your fellow yogis through Zoom. Classes are recorded to use as a make up, revisit class content or to view the class videos on your own schedule. They are available through the end of the session. Props needed: a device to connect to the class, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or long scarf, 3-4 blankets or pillows, optional chair or wall for balance. Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, cancelations must be made within 24 hours of the start of the workshop. For sessions, no refunds after the second class. Session classes are recorded and can be used to make up classes or to revisit content. Credit towards future products can be arranged on a case by case basis.
