This is a live virtual 13 week series through Zoom where you will learn about your own body mechanics through a mindful flow of movement, breath work and restful poses. You will learn how your body works to become stronger and more flexible. My aim is to teach you about your own body mechanics through a systematic series of poses and actions allowing you to move in a more informed way rather than "do" a pose. Log on at 7pm to connect with your fellow yogis. Class taught through Zoom. Classes are recorded to use as a make up or to revisit class content. They are available through the end of the session. Props needed: a device to connect to the class, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or long scarf, 3-4 blankets or pillows, optional chair or wall for balance. To receive a refund, cancelations must be made within 24 hours of the start of the workshop or session. For sessions, no cancelations after the first class. Session classes are recorded and can be used to make up classes or to revisit content. Credit towards future products can be arranged on a case by case basis.
