Yoga Stress Relief Toolkit 8 week session


    1. Register Please fill out the registration form by 6pm on Monday, September 28th
    2. Download and register for the free Zoom app 
    3. Check your email for the Zoom class link. 
    4. Find a quiet space where you can roll out your mat and let the household know that you will be unavailable for the hour. You can even tell them that I said so! 
    5. Turn your ringer off on your phone or leave it out of the area where you will be practicing if you are doing Zoom through your laptop. 
    6. Gather some props. A mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or long scarf or bathrobe belt, a chair if you need more stability and/or access to a wall. A bolster or several pillows are helpful too. 
    7. Log into the Zoom meeting at 7pm for a few minutes of social time before class begins. Sign in at least by 7:10pm to do a sound check and roll call. 
    8. Place your device/camera so I can see you on your mat on the call. If you feel comfortable with your camera on it helps me to see your alignment.
