Yoga Stress Relief Toolkit 8 week session
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLASS
- Register Please fill out the registration form by 6pm on Monday, September 28th
- Download and register for the free Zoom app
- Check your email for the Zoom class link.
- Find a quiet space where you can roll out your mat and let the household know that you will be unavailable for the hour. You can even tell them that I said so!
- Turn your ringer off on your phone or leave it out of the area where you will be practicing if you are doing Zoom through your laptop.
- Gather some props. A mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or long scarf or bathrobe belt, a chair if you need more stability and/or access to a wall. A bolster or several pillows are helpful too.
- Log into the Zoom meeting at 7pm for a few minutes of social time before class begins. Sign in at least by 7:10pm to do a sound check and roll call.
- Place your device/camera so I can see you on your mat on the call. If you feel comfortable with your camera on it helps me to see your alignment.
