Yoga Stress Relief Toolkit 8 week session

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLASS

    1. Register Please fill out the registration form and waiver.
    2. Download and register for the free Zoom app 
    3. Check your email, I will send you the class link.
    4. Find a quiet space where you can roll out your mat and let the household know that you will be unavailable for the hour. You can even tell them that I said so! 
    5. Turn your ringer off on your phone or leave it out of the area where you will be practicing if you are doing Zoom through your laptop. 
    6. Gather some props. A mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap or long scarf or bathrobe belt, a chair if you need more stability and/or access to a wall. A bolster or several pillows are helpful too. 
    7. Log into the Zoom meeting at 7pm for a few minutes of social time before class begins and class discussion.
    8. Place your device/camera so I can see you on your mat on the call. If you feel comfortable with your camera on it helps me to see what students are doing.
