May - Virtual Yoga Mix 4 week Session Mondays, May 4, 11, 18, 25 7:15 - 8:15pm through Zoom
Thank you for joining me virtually for Yoga Mix! For the continued health and safety of everyone in our community and beyond, Yoga Mix classes will meet online through Zoom for the month of May. I miss seeing you in person but I am grateful that we still have a way to get together for class. As a thank you to all the health care and essential workers who are working diligently to fight the spread of the virus, please join me for free each week.
Preparing for class:
1)Register: Please fill out the registration below for the 4 week session. By enrolling weekly you will not need to sign up each week and you will use the same link each week.
2) Downloadand register for the free Zoom app
3) Class fee: send in your $48 payment for the session through Venmo, Zelle or PayPal or pay on a sliding scale and donate what amount works for you. Use my phone number: 410-458-1945 or email@example.com. Email me if you prefer to pay by check.
4) Set up your space: Before the Zoom class starts, find a spot where you can roll out your mat. If you need extra support, find a place near a wall or have a sturdy chair available. Set your space up with a mat, 2 blankets or towels, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap or a belt to a bathrobe. If you don't have the blocks or strap that's ok.
5) Join into the class at 7pm: After you fill out the form below and hit submit, click the Zoom link around 7pm so we can say hello and chat before class and to make sure everyone is connected with audio and video. Class begins at 7:15pm. Link is provided at the end of the registration form below. If you need to join in after 7:15 kindly log on by 7:15 and join in when you are able. For security reasons Zoom puts all guests in a waiting room when they log into the class. I won’t see you enter to let you in once I start class.
Class Description: Enjoy all the strength building and relaxation benefits in this slow flow style class that moves with your breath so yoga meets you where you are. It includes standing and seated poses to build strength and endurance as well as increase flexibility. I will provide options and tips for using props during the class. Listen to your body as you practice and modify or stop when needed. I am available before or after class to chat if you have any questions or need modifications.
